Day 2 – Shimla
Day is scheduled as below: -
Start your day by visiting Viceregel lodge, once used to be the residence of Viceroy of India during British rule. Constructed in Jacobethan style of Architecture this building is an architecture jewel of Shimla town. Jakhu Temple- Jakhu is the highest point of Shimla town. Temple is situated at an altitude of 2455 m, dedicated to Hanuman Ji. The Mall road- Famous for shopping Emporiums, where you can buy Himachali shawls, caps Handicraft etc.The Ridge- Open space in the heart of town presents an excellent view of the rolling foothills and snow clad mountains, Lakkar bazaar - Famous for its wooden crafts. Over Night at Shimla Note: - If you keep interest in History a guided tour of town can be arranged.
Day 3 – Shimla - Sojha
Start your day early around 8am as the destination is little far. Visit Kufri, Narkanda on the way. As we have a long stretch to cover we advise you not to spent much time in these places .
Day 4 - Sojha
Now you must be bored by moving one place to another in vehicle. So it’s time to see mountains on foot. Test your legs and lungs by trekking to the crystal clear Serolser lake. A trail amidst Oak and Pine forest, an occasional sight of birds, Meadow, mountain springs will refresh your mood.Overnight stay at sojha.
Day 5 - In Manali
Today you can sleep till late as we will be shifting you to Manali which is not far. After check in have an orientation tour of the town.Visit Hadimba Devi Temple, Manu Temple, Tibetan Monastery and Vashisht Village. Later spend your evening strolling on Manali’s mall road.
Day 6 - In Manali
A day excursion visiting Kothi, Gulaba, Marhi, Rohtang Pass (Up to Snow Line, in case Rohtang is closed due to snow fall) and Sollang Valley. Overnight at hotel.
Note: - Trip to Rohtang depends upon govt. permit. In case we are not able to provide excursion trip to Rohtang, we shall provide some other sightseeing as an alternate.
Day 7 - In Manali
Time to bid adieu. Cab representative will Drop at Chandigarh.
